Flowood, MS – Brighter Health Network, LLC (BHN), which offers medical diagnostic solutions such as urodynamics testing services, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire INSIGHT Urodynamics, LLC for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings.

The Combined Company
With this acquisition, BHN now services the entire eastern U.S. with its core on-site medical diagnostics which primarily include urodynamics testing and anorectal manometry (ARM) testing. BHN provides the medical equipment, staff, software, and supplies to perform these advanced tests. BHN also offers urodynamics and ARM interpretation services nationally, and is currently rolling out non-surgical incontinence treatment options in certain geographic areas. BHN provides its services to clinics and hospitals which in turn provide the services to patients, allowing the clinics and hospitals to operate efficiently without additional capital expenditures and overhead. The combination of BHN and INSIGHT Urodynamics will broaden BHN’s geographic footprint and offer new services to customers that were being served by INSIGHT. Transaction Details
The acquisition is an all cash deal and is expected to be immediately accretive to net income.
